1. General Refund Policy

We offer prepaid services, meaning customers purchase SMS/credits before using them. Since credits are instantly allocated, we follow a strict no-refund policy once credits are used or allocated to an account.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Payment deducted but credits not received within 24 hours
  • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors
  • Payment failures resulting in an incorrect transaction
  • Non-delivery of messages due to BulkSMS.ca platform issues

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable under these circumstances:

  • SMS or voice credits already used or partially used
  • Incorrect sender ID registration or DLT-related issues
  • SMS delivery failures due to invalid numbers, DND restrictions, or operator policies
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of payment
  • Cancellation of services due to policy violations, spam, or fraudulent activities

2. How to Request a Refund?

We use the collected data to:To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Registered Email ID
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Proof (screenshot or reference ID)
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are requested not to raise chargebacks with their bank/payment provider before contacting us. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend the account until the issue is resolved.

4. Service Interruption & Refunds

In rare cases of system downtime, technical failures, or unexpected service interruptions, we provide:

  • Credit Adjustment (reallocating lost credits)
  • Pro-rata refunds (only if downtime exceeds 48 hours)

While we take strong security precautions, users are advised to keep their login credentials safe.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • BulkSMS.ca credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
  • Users can cancel their account anytime, but no refunds will be provided for unused credits.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

We strictly prohibit fraudulent transactions, including unauthorized credit card use. If fraudulent activity is detected, we:

  • Suspend the account immediately
  • Report the transaction to legal authorities
  • Deny refunds for fraudulent transactions

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

BulkSMS.ca reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy anytime. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
